In what has been a miserable attempt to catch up, I am finally sorting through the last of the fall photos, and have a few to share with you!

The Turner family was absolutely adorable. Ryan and Debra were high school sweet hearts. In fact, they went to my high school (but I didn't really know them well), so it was fun to chat and catch up and see the adventures they've taken in their lives. And their girls were so sweet. I mean, look at them!Too cute, right? They were so cute with their sweet dog (Holly) too. It was a cold morning, so we rushed just as fast as we could. And the girls were so, so good. I was all bundled up and feeling it, but not them...they braved the chill in the air and I don't think they complained once. I feel so lucky to have such great clients.

What can I say other than this is one of the most adorable families I've photographed? And it was such a privilege. Tom (dad) founded Lenzworks. While it might be intimidating photographing such an incredible professional in a sister industry, I was put right at ease with these guys. The family shared such an incredible love for one another. And these girls? Wow. Simply beautiful, respectful children. I could not narrow down my favorites...so many more that you don't get to see here.

The Wagners are my adorable neighbors. We share a backyard fence and I love hearing the kids out playing frequently. I live in a neighborhood where kids do that...they play outside and it's so wonderful! We are so blessed to have such great neighbors...their kids put up with my kids yelling things through the fence at them (and you know it's true Kimberly!). Better yet, they put up with me yelling at my children to stop hitting, to take turns, to clean up their toys, etc. (even more true). They are both brilliant, and their kids are too. Here were my absolute favorites from their session:

This is my dear friend, Kelli Bramble, who also happens to be a great photographer. When she asked me to trade pictures with her this year, I jumped at the chance. Even though we'd already had our pictures taken earlier in the year, I've been bad and missed having them done for the previous two...so I figured it would be a great opportunity to make up for it, AND get even more great shots of our family.
Kelli's family is so sweet. I adore each one of her kids for different reasons and we always have a good time when we get together. Our kids are around the same age range, and it's comical watching them figure out how to play together. And Kelli is a great friend. She's like the mama bear...always taking care and being so considerate of the people she is with. She loves fiercely. She works fiercely. She amazes me.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I am teaming up with Aubrey of AubMarie Productions to offer videography services to my clients. I'm so excited about this and I had a great opportunity to do one of these sessions this weekend. I had such a great time. I just adore how this video turned out. What a special way to capture and remember your family at each important stage of life.

I met Nikki's when she hired me to do her maternity shots earlier this year (you may remember them here). They turned out so great and I was so happy when she called me up asking about doing some family shots this fall. I was so glad she did. Her family is absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time and after we were done, her hubby even commented to her that it was "painless." Hehe! I did my job if even the husband felt it was easy! :)

Another look for fall. This goes to show that you can mix patterns and colors and still pull together a coordinated look for fall family pictures.

I've had the opportunity to work with these guys on a few occasions and I always enjoy getting together and chatting, and catching up. Kendalyn amazes me with her talents and she is so thoughtful. Her family is so sweet, and her girls could easily be my next muses, they are both uniquely gorgeous.
