Holiday Cards

I just got back my first order of press printed Holiday cards, and let me tell you, they are fantastic! Like I said, these are press-printed, front and back on cardstock paper, which makes them very sturdy. You get lots of pictures with my great selection of holiday cards this year (see them here --note 001a is front 001b is back). For past clients, I'm giving a great deal on the cards, so contact me if you are interested! And for those who've not had a session with me yet, this would be a great time, as I've got some great deals for you too! Contact me through my website for all the details!

Lacey and Riley

Here are some more pics of this beautiful couple/family! This little angel was born quite early and she is so so small...it amazes me that my kids were ever this little! And you get to see lots because I just couldn't pick my favorite with this session...and I had more I wanted to share, but blogger is being weird and I can't upload another pic, so I'll share it later!

Katie and Jake

I had such a great time photographing Katie and Jake's engagements. Jake just adored Katie and they were so magical together. I just have one to share for now, but you'll get to see lots more in the coming days.

Happy 3 years!

To my little Davis, on his 3rd birthday...

It was three years ago today that you came into this world. With such a scary start we didn' t know how your health would turn out. The longest minutes of my life were those spent waiting to hear your sweet cry. When those first cries finally pierced the air (after 5 minutes that drew on and on) I knew everything would be fine because I had my little boy, my "miracle baby." Since that day you have been so full of wonder and delight and fight, and I thank my Heavenly Father for you each and every day.
I love that:
1-You have to have things just the way you like them. The songs, stories, and routines that make you feel secure show me just who you are.
2-You wear your heart on your sleeve. I always know what's going on in that head of yours and it makes Mommy's job so much easier to know what I need to do for you to help you feel happy.
3-That you love all things superhero, and that you love to run around playing Superman, Batman, and Spiderman all day long--and that it brings you such joy to play these parts!
4-That you are SO SO SO smart, and that you love when we do your "reading lessons" and learn about other things.
5-How curious you are. You want to know how everything works and your dextrous fingers take to finding out how things work so well and so easily. I'm continually blown away by all that you understand.
6-Your quirkiness just makes me smile. There is no other child on this earth quite like you, and for that I am blessed to be part of your shining life.
Love,
Mommy

And a little something else for all of you:

On Sunday my entire family (yep, all 18 of us (did I count right?)) went up the canyon to do some family pictures. Jason and I thought it would be fun (fun??) to try and sneak in a few of just us before the rest of the gang showed up...the sun was pretty harsh, but I still like the affect, and love the field.
