Drop dead, drooly gorgeous family...

...and unfortunately I showed up running from errands ALL DAY LONG looking like a total pig. BUT, look how beautiful they are? I was so excited to photograph them. The older girls are twins and the youngest 3 are triplets...and they were so wonderfully behaved. What a dream family!

One pretty little girl

This cute little lady just turned one. It was so fun to see how she compares to my own little girl who is turning one just next week! "E" is already walking (mine is not:), and she was so so so curious about what was going on (yep, as soon as she saw that darn kitty cat wandering around, she wanted NOTHING to do with me:).
But it was a nice session just letting her do her own thing, and snapping a few here and there--not a lot of eye contact, but I think they are so cute at this age anyway. (I love their posture at this age-and boy, would I love to have some of that!). Today I wanted to share her cute smile in the first, but then I also wanted to share a few that spoke to me a little more artistically, and where I played with the angle in a different way than I normally do. Enjoy!

Just two

Just two to share from another PB session. I have never had a toddler sit to well for the camera--he did great! The only thing he didn't do was hold his brother, which is what we wanted:) Instead, he wanted just pictures of him, Lol! And look at the baby!! Isn't he such a sweetheart? I just thought these guys were great and Mom was awesome too...I could have stayed and just chatted with her all night!

Love of Family

These guys called for a last minute session before part of the family moves out of the country. Boy did they have a hard time getting there--it seemed the odds were against them-a car broke down, while the other one got a flat tire! So we started with the kids first while the adults took care of trying to get there! But they did, and just in time before we ran out of light.
Even with all the drama in getting there, they were still up in spirits, and having a great time. You could just feel the love they shared, and it was obvious how much they enjoyed one another. How lucky for them that they have been blessed to be together as family! Here are a few of my favs...

Another Family

I got to meet this sweet family the other day for a session--poor dad is surrounded by girls! Two girls of his own, and another on the way. Mom looked wonderful for being so close to delivery, now why don't I look that good when I only have a few weeks left? ;) This was also my first opportunity to shoot a family with a dog, but they'd trained her pretty well--which was a good thing since the little one wanted nothing to do with being restrained. She was a free spirited girl! I had a great time! Bear with me, I have a lot to show!
I just love her shadow in this one!

And this pretty much sums up how she felt about sitting down for family pictures :P

But I caught a couple of her anyway!

Cool Kid

This little guy had the sweetest little personality...he's at that age when they're just really starting to show all the signs of growing up and being their own person:) He informed me that he "popped the collar" on his shirt ;P I realized right then and there how dorky I am--I'd never heard the term-lol! He kept telling ME "Smile!!!!" ...and I couldn't help but do just that.

Fantastic Foursome

Seriously, these kids were full of so much energy. I had such a fun time. It was just like playing when I was a kid. They were so adventurous and just melted my "mommy heart." I felt like it was a fabulous session and I could post about 15 of my favorite pics, but I'll spare you and chose just three.

My first kickoff session!

Friday night was a crazy, hectic night! I had a wedding reception to go to of a friend I haven't seen in literally over a decade! It was so much fun to see "M" after so many years--she was stunning and her dress was beautiful. Her colors were black/white/hot pink. Seriously, you should have seen it--very cool! I can't wait to hang out with her again. I didn't get to stay long because I had my first kickoff session that evening too! These guys were so much fun!!! Little "P" loved sticking her toungue out at me--I think it's the age--I've seen it before;) And isn't she such a little beauty?
"W" I hope to get your pics up on my site sometime today. I appear to be having some server issues. So here's a sneak peak.

Splish Splash

Well my session cancelled last night, so I thought I'd go out and have a little fun with my kids!
